• Team size may consist of a minimum of 1 member and a maximum of 5 members.
• For the first round, the executive summary should not be of more than 500 words and should not include irrelevant data.
• An individual may be part of more than one team.
• More than one plan may be submitted by a team, but a separate registration is required for each plan submitted.
• An already existing startup will not be eligible for funding through E-cell, IIT Kharagpur, but they may participate in the competition to win prize money.
• All entries should be classified under one of the categories below.
  1. Air, Water and Waste
  2. Energy efficiency
  3. Green Building
  4. Renewable Energy
  5. Smart Power, Green grid and energy storage
  6. Transportation
  The category should also be explicitly mentioned in the executive summary. For more information on these categories, refer to the resources section.
• Teams shortlisted for the final round will be eligible for mentorship. The mentorship phase will be of 30 days and it will be arranged by Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Kharagpur. These teams will then give a presentation in front of our judging panel during Global Entrepreneurship Summit to be held in January 2010.
• Plagiarism will not be tolerated at any cost. Such entries will not be considered and the decision of the judging panel and Entrepreneurship Cell will be final in this regard.
