1) Team size is limited to 5 members. Members should be bonafide students of any college. A team name is necessary and mixed college teams are allowed.
2) The event will consist of following stages:-
Preliminary round: A brief write-up of about 500-700 words is to be submitted. The modus operandi of the case study is to be explained in short alongwith a few conclusions. From the preliminary round, teams will be shortlisted for final presentation to be held during GES 2011.
3) Qualifying teams will be move on to the next and final round where they will present the salient features of their solution to the judges giving justifications wherever necessary.The presentation time for second round is 15 minutes and 10 minutes for Q&A session by judges. The teams will be penalized for exceeding the time limit.
