Pravin has been instrumental in incubating and building the KPO division from scratch into a multi-million dollar business-unit. With his experience in International Research & Analytics, he has spearheaded new initiatives at Dexterity and established relationships with key Fortune 500 accounts.

As a thought-leader, Pravin has been invited to talk at international conferences and be a part of Techno-Research guideline committees.

Pravin is the Country Representative (India) for ESOMAR, a global Research Association; a Committee member for Business Intelligence Group (BIG), an associate member of the Council of American Research Organizations (CASRO) and the Market Research Society of India (MRSI). Pravin is a part of ESOMAR’s Project Team to develop Guidelines for conducting Mobile Research.
