Gaurav Ahuja, Managing Director & Head-Operations, Red Ginger Hospitality. He acquired his B.Tech degree from IIT Kanpur and completed his MBA from IIM Lucknow. He has over 6 years of trans national experience spanning financial services. He had the "idea" of starting off while on one of the frequent visits to Hard Rock Cafe at Singapore.
Red Ginger as an organization sees immense growth and opportunity in the F&B sector. As of now the trend of eating out is growing in the market which is a huge opportunity for us and gives us all the reasons for expansion. Eating out four times a month has gone up to eating out 8 times a month and we shall see that these figures go up in the Indian market similar to countries like Japan where eating out is as frequent as 35 times a month.
Looking at the current scenario of the Indian market Red Ginger caters to both the segments of formats i.e. fast food counters in the food court and a smart dining & cafe experience where one would want to while away or spend time with family, friends or have business meets.
