Entrepreneurship Cell, IIT Kharagpur provides accommodation to all the outstation contingents.

The accommodation would be provided in the IIT kgp campus.

1. How to reach IIT Kharagpur? KGP-Kolkata trains can be found out here: http://iitkgp.ac.in/train/ Kharagpur is well connected by rail and road route from all major parts of the country.IIT KGP campus is 10 minutes drive from railway station. Taxis can be hired to reach the campus
2. Accommodation would be provided strictly against a valid college I-card and strictly on shared basis. The accommodation would be provided in the IIT kgp campus. A Help Desk for Accomodation will be put up at STEP on 9th January, 0800 hrs to 10th January, 0800 hrs. It will be shifted to Vikramshila complex on 10th January, 0800 hrs.
3. Prior notification for accommodation is required to ensure hassle free operations. To notify send in your mail with all the details to : samarth.iitkgp[AT]gmail[DOT]com
4. All the participants are required to register for E-Summit and it is compulsory for them to provide valid contact details.
5. A nominal registration fee of Rs.150 would be charged from every outstation participants.
6. Contact details of the participants would be used by Entrepreneurship Cell for future invitations and updates.
7. The accommodation would be provided from 1^st January 1700 hrs to 12^th January 0800 hrs.
8. Food: We do not take any responsibility of any sort of messing or food for the participants during the summit. However we shall be having a full-fledged canteens catering to your needs at nominal rates. In addition, a complete list of food facilities inside and outside the campus will be provided at the assistance desk at the time of registration.
9. All the participants have to abide by the rules and regulations of IIT Kharagpur during their stay at IIT.
10. In case of any disputes, the decision of the members of E Cell will be final and binding.
